Terms Of Service

Customers of App365.in and all new customers upon signing up for App365.in services, agree to comply with App365.in Terms of Use (TOU). App365.in reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of its TOU at any time without notice. Any complaints about a customer's violation of the TOU should be sent to support@app365.in

Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability.

Examples of system or network security violations include the following:

• Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, interference with service to a host or network, including without limitation mailing, deliberate attempts to overload a system, and broadcasting are prohibited.
• It is prohibited to use the Services or tools to create or transmit Internet viruses, worms and Trojan horses, or for pinging, flooding or mail bombing.
• It is prohibited to use the Services to store, post, display, transmit, advertise or make available any form of pornography.
• We do not allow websites that are gambling, fraudulent, phishing or fraudulent, or anything that is against the law.
• We do not allow any content or website that defies any person, religion, community, organization etc. If you host any such website, your account will be terminated immediately.
• App365.in services we provide must be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage or distribution of any information, data or material that violates any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.
• Content that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws is prohibited.
• Any kind of spamming is not allowed on the server.
• If any customer will purchase our services for any illegal activity, that service will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given.

The App365.in service is provided on an as is, as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. App365.in and its partners and suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction or use of the service.

• Unlimited plans should be used only for web hosting purpose and all data content should be related to your website, we do not provide hosting for data storage (Audio, Videos songs and games etc), file sharing or desktop applications.
• Inode count is the number of inodes in a particular account. One inode represents one file in your website (this includes images, files, emails etc). If inodes reach the limit of 200000 then your account will be locked from creating new files (this includes emails too, so your new incoming mails may start getting returned).
• Free SSL is provided by Let's Encrypt and will remain available as long as Let's Encrypt continues to provide it for free.
• We update or upgrade our services from time to time. For this purpose, sometimes some services have to be down for a while. Downtime usually does not last long.
• App365.in does not take responsibility for the website or scripts created by the customer or scripts available from any other resource. The customer has to test all his scripts himself. If the customer finds that any of our services are not working properly on his website, then the service provider is not responsible for this and no refund of any kind is given.
• Free domains like .tk, .ga etc. are not allowed to be hosted neither as primary domain nor as addon domain.
• Customer contact details which should include valid Email, phone/mobile number, complete and correct.
• If a customer's contact details are incomplete or incorrect we may suspend his account and if he fails to provide the requested documents we may terminate his account and in such a case no refund will be given.
• Once the hosting account expires it can be reactivated only after making the payment, in any case if customer does not wish to renew it then they must take all the necessary backups before the expiry date (account suspension), once the account is suspended, it can be reactivated only after making the renewal payment.

App365.in terminates (delete) the expired hosting account after 25 days of expiry date and once it has been terminated there will be no data available.

WEBSITE AND APPLICATION SUGGESTIONS BY APP365.IN

• Website/Android Application setup charges are one time payable against the same domain on which the Website/Application is installed, but update charges will be applicable.
• Before purchasing the website/application you must review the product and make payment only after being fully convinced. No refunds will be made once the payment is Submitted.
• No third party plugging, sms or payment gateways included.
• It may take up to 7 working days for the application to be configured and the Android application will not be published on the Play Store.

App365.in does not own and is not responsible for the data in your account.

You agree to take full responsibility for the above and any transferred data and to maintain and adhere to all appropriate sources of data on App365.in servers.
